Common use of AUTHORITY TO DISTRIBUTE DOCUMENTS Clause in Contracts

AUTHORITY TO DISTRIBUTE DOCUMENTS. Subject to clause 8 below, the Issuer hereby authorises each of the Dealers on behalf of the Issuer to provide copies of the Offering Circular to actual and potential purchasers of Notes. Subject to clause 8 below, the Issuer hereby authorises each of the Dealers on behalf of the Issuer to provide copies of such additional written information as the Issuer shall provide to the Dealers and approve for the Dealers to use for such purpose to actual and potential purchasers of Notes.

AUTHORITY TO DISTRIBUTE DOCUMENTS. Subject to clause Clause 8 below, the Issuer hereby authorises each of the Dealers on behalf of the Issuer to provide copies of and make statements consistent with the Offering Circular to actual and potential purchasers of Notes. Subject to clause 8 below, the Issuer hereby authorises each contents of the Dealers on behalf of the Issuer to provide copies of Prospectus and such additional written information as the Issuer shall provide to the Dealers and or approve for the Dealers to use for in connection with the Programme or such purpose other information as is in the public domain to actual and potential purchasers of Notes.
