Common use of AUTHORITY TO DISTRIBUTE DOCUMENTS Clause in Contracts

AUTHORITY TO DISTRIBUTE DOCUMENTS. Subject to Clause 8 below, the Issuer hereby authorises each of the Dealers on behalf of the Issuer to provide copies of and make statements consistent with the contents of the Prospectus and such additional information as the Issuer shall provide to the Dealers or approve for the Dealers to use in connection with the Programme or such other information as is in the public domain to actual and potential purchasers of Notes.
