COPIES OF THE COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT. The Union and the Employer agree that every employee should be familiar with the provisions of this Agreement and her rights and obligations under it. For this reason, the Employer shall make available copies of the Collective Agreement in booklet form to all of its employees. The cost of printing shall be shared equally between the Union and the Employer. The Agreement shall be printed in a Union shop and bear a recognized Union label. The Union and the Employer shall agree on the size, print and color of the Agreement and all other particulars prior to it being printed. Printing shall be completed as soon as possible after the signing of the Collective Agreement.

COPIES OF THE COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT. 33.01 Within ninety (90) calendar days of the signing of this Collective Agreement, the Employer shall provide each Employee with a copy. 33.02 The Employer shall provide a copy of the Collective Agreement to each new Employee upon appointment. 33.03 The Employer and the Union will each pay one-half (1/2) of the cost of printing enough copies of this Agreement to provide each Employee with one (1) copy. A copy of the Collective Agreement shall be provided to each Employee on commencement of employment by the Employer or at the Union Orientation. The printing of the Collective Agreements will be processed at AUPE Headquarters, conditional upon agreement of the cost of printing. 33.04 The final version of the Collective Agreement shall be in electronic form and both the Employer and the Union shall be provided with a copy of the final version of the Collective Agreement on disk.

The Employer will advise the Chapter Chair Person where copies will be made available to Employees at the worksite. 30.02 The Employer shall provide a copy of the Collective Agreement to each new Employee upon appointment. 30.03 Selection of the printers and printing of the Collective Agreement shall be the joint responsibility of the Employer and the Union. Cost shall be shared equally between the Parties. 30.04 The Employer and the Union shall maintain copies of the Collective Agreement on their respective websites.

COPIES OF THE COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT. 29.01 Each member of the bargaining unit, including any teacher on leave, shall be provided with a copy of this Agreement, at Board expense, within thirty (30) days of the signing of this Agreement. Each applicant, when accepted for employment, shall be provided with a copy of this Agreement at Board expense.

COPIES OF THE COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT. The Union shall print the Collective Agreement in an agreed to format, and will distribute copies of the Collective Agreement to employees. The Employer retains the right to proof-read the final draft prior to printing. The Union shall provide for the printing of the Collective Agreement at no cost to the Employer.
