Common use of Authority to Enter into Agreement Clause in Contracts

The Purchaser has the legal right and full power and authority to enter into and perform this Agreement, any Local Transfer Document to which it is a party and any other documents to be executed by it pursuant to or in connection with this Agreement or any Local Transfer Document.
