Common use of AUTHORITY TO ENTER INTO LEASE Clause in Contracts

AUTHORITY TO ENTER INTO LEASE. Each of Tenant and Landlord represents and warrants (a) that the individual executing this Lease on its behalf is duly authorized to execute and deliver this Lease on behalf of the corporation, limited liability company or partnership, as the case may be, and (b) that this Lease is binding on the corporation, limited liability company and the partnership in accordance with its terms.

AUTHORITY TO ENTER INTO LEASE. Each of Tenant and Landlord represents and warrants (a) that the individual executing this Lease on its behalf is duly authorized to execute and deliver this Lease on behalf of the corporation, limited liability company or partnership, as the case may be, in accordance with a duly adopted resolution of the board of directors of said corporation, limited liability company or in accordance with the bylaws of said corporation, limited liability company, or in accordance with terms and (b) conditions of the partnership agreement and that this Lease is binding on the corporation, limited liability company and the partnership in accordance with its terms.

Each of Tenant and Landlord represents and warrants (a) that the individual executing this Lease on its behalf is duly authorized to execute and deliver this Lease on behalf of the corporation, limited liability company or partnership, as the case may be, and (b) that this Lease is binding on the corporation, limited liability company and or partnership, as the partnership case may be, in accordance with its terms.. ​

AUTHORITY TO ENTER INTO LEASE. Each of Tenant and Landlord represents and warrants (a) that the individual executing this Lease on its behalf of the Tenant or Landlord represents and warrants that he/she is duly authorized to execute and deliver this Lease on behalf of the corporationTenant or Landlord, in accordance with a duly adopted resolution of the board of directors of said corporation or the managing partner of the limited liability company partnership or partnership, as in accordance with the case may bebylaws of said corporation or partnership agreement, and (b) that this Lease is binding on the corporation, corporation and/or limited liability company and the partnership in accordance with its terms.
