Common use of Authority to Execute Clause in Contracts

Authority to Execute. The person or persons executing this Agreement on behalf of Consultant represents and warrants that he/she/they has/have the authority to so execute this Agreement and to bind Consultant to the performance of its obligations hereunder.

Authority to Execute. The person or persons executing this Agreement on behalf of Consultant warrants and represents and warrants that he/she/they has/have the authority to so execute this Agreement on behalf of his/her/their corporation and warrants and represents that he/she/they has/have the authority to bind Consultant to the performance of its obligations hereunder.
