Common use of Authority to Grant Annual Cash Incentive Awards Clause in Contracts

Authority to Grant Annual Cash Incentive Awards. Subject to the terms and provisions of the Plan, the Committee, at any time, and from time to time, may grant Annual Cash Incentive Awards under the Plan to key executive Employees who, by the nature and scope of their positions, regularly directly make or influence policy decisions which significantly impact the overall results or success of the Company in such amounts and upon such terms as the Committee shall determine. Subject to the following provisions in this Article XI, the amount of any Annual Cash Incentive Awards shall be based on the attainment of such Performance Goals as the Committee may determine and the term, conditions and limitations applicable to any Annual Cash Incentive Awards made pursuant to the Plan shall be determined by the Committee.
