Authority to Grant Tenure. A. The Federation agrees that the authority to grant or deny tenure is vested with the College subject to Article 8. B. It is further agreed that any and all decisions relating to the awarding or withholding of tenure or the renewal or non-renewal of individual contracts of Probationary Faculty shall not be subject to the grievance procedure of this Agreement.
