Authority to Grant Tenure. The authority to grant or deny tenure is vested with the Board of Trustees of Community College District No. 4 by RCW.28B.50.850-869. All decisions related to the awarding or withholding of tenure or the non-renewal or renewal of probationary academic employees are not subject to the grievance procedure of this Agreement.
