Any Agency or federal Governmental Authority revokes the authority of Guarantor to originate, sell or service Mortgage Loans, or Guarantor shall fail to meet all requisite servicer eligibility qualifications promulgated by any Agency resulting in revocation of Guarantor’s status as an approved servicer with respect to such Agency; or
