Receivable in Force. The Receivable has not been satisfied, subordinated or rescinded nor do the records of the Servicer indicate that the related Financed Vehicle has been released from the lien of such Receivable in whole or in part.
Receivable in Force. As of the Cutoff Date, neither the Sponsor’s receivables systems nor the Receivable File indicate that the Receivable was satisfied, subordinated or rescinded, or that the Financed Vehicle was released from the Lien created under the Receivable.
Receivable in Force. Each Receivable has not been satisfied, subordinated or rescinded nor has the related Financed Vehicle been released from the lien granted by the Receivable in whole or in part.
Receivable in Force. The Receivable has not been satisfied, subordinated or rescinded nor has the underlying collateral, if any, securing the related Contract been released from the lien of such Receivable in whole or in part, other than in connection with a substitution of similar collateral in accordance with customary procedures, and no Regional Management Entity has done nothing to impair the rights of the Secured Parties therein.
Receivable in Force. As of the Cut-Off Date, the Bank’s records related to the Receivables do not indicate that any Receivable was satisfied, subordinated or rescinded or that the related Financed Vehicle was released from the lien granted by the Receivable in whole or in part.
Receivable in Force. As of the Cut-Off Date, neither VCI’s nor the Servicer’s records related to the Receivable indicate that the Receivable has been satisfied, subordinated or rescinded or that the related Financed Vehicle been released from the lien granted by the Receivable in whole or in part.

As of the Cut-Off Date, neither the Seller’s nor the Servicer’s records related to the Receivable indicate that the Receivable has been satisfied, subordinated or rescinded or that the related Financed Vehicle been released from the lien granted by the Receivable in whole or in part.
Receivable in Force. The Receivable has not been satisfied, subordinated or rescinded nor has the related Financed Vehicle been released from the lien of such Receivable in whole or in part. Title Documents Data Tape
i. Confirm there is no indication within the Title Documents or the Data Tape that the Receivable was satisfied prior to the Cut-Off Date.
ii. Confirm there is no indication within the Title Documents or the Data Tape that the Receivable was subordinated or rescinded prior to the Cut-Off Date.
iii. Confirm there is no indication within the Title Documents or the Data Tape that the Financed Vehicle has been released from the Lien in whole or in part prior to the Cut-Off Date.
iv. If steps (i) through (iii) are confirmed, then Test Pass.
Receivable in Force. The Receivable has not been satisfied, subordinated or rescinded nor has the related Financed Vehicle been released from the lien of such Receivable in whole or in part. As of the applicable Cut-Off Date, the Receivable has not been modified as a result of the application of the Soldiers’ and Sailors’ Civil Relief Act of 1940, as amended.
Receivable in Force. As of the Cutoff Date, the Receivable had not been satisfied, subordinated or rescinded nor had the related Financed Vehicle been released from the lien of such Receivable in whole or in part.
