Authority to Register and/or to Act as Agent. You represent and warrant to Blue Chip Board Store. (Who are managing this event on behalf of The Real Blue Chip Super Club) that you have full legal authority to complete the registration for the Event, including this Agreement and Waiver, on behalf of yourself and/or any party for whom you are registering (the "Registered Parties"), including full authority to make use of the credit or debit card to which registration fees will be charged. As used in this Agreement and Waiver, Blue Chip refers to “Blue Chip SUP”, “Blue Chip Board Store” and any and all subsidiaries, affiliated entities, or entities that control or are controlled by Blue Chip singly or together and its and each of their officers, employees, contractors, subcontractors, volunteer helpers, agents and each of their agents, representatives, successors and assigns. If you are registering a child under the age of 18 or an incapacitated adult you represent and warrant that you are the parent or legal guardian of that party and have the legal authority to enter into this Agreement and Waiver on their behalf and by proceeding with registration for the Event, you agree that the terms of this Agreement and Waiver shall apply equally to all of the Registered Parties.

Upon expiration of the Term pursuant to Section 4.1 or Section 4.2 or any termination of this Agreement pursuant to Section 4.3 or Section 4.4, in connection with ICANN’s designation of a successor registry operator for the TLD, Registry Operator and ICANN agree to consult each other and work cooperatively to facilitate and implement the transition of the TLD in accordance with this Section 4.5.   • AUTHORITY TO MODIFY No modification or change in this Agreement shall be valid and enforceable against UNICEF unless provided by a written amendment to this Agreement signed by a duly authorized officer of UNICEF and an Authorized Officer of IP.
