Authority’s Premises. 10.1.Subject to Condition 12 (Security on the Authority’s Premises), Where the Services are performed on the Authority’s Premises the Service Provider shall have the use of the Authority’s Premises without charge as a licensee and shall vacate those premises on expiry or termination of the Contract.
