Common use of Authority’s Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

Authority’s Responsibilities. Authority's obligations to repair, reconstruct, or replace affected premises under the provisions of this Article shall in any event be limited to restoring affected Demised Premises to substantially the same condition that existed at the date of damage or destruction, provided that Authority shall in no way be responsible for the restoration or replacement of any equipment, furnishings, property, real improvements, signs, or other items owned by Company.
