Common use of Authority’s Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

Authority’s Responsibilities. The authority will use the Security Deposit at the termination of this Lease: 1. To pay the cost of any rent or any other charges owed by the Tenant at the termination of this Lease. 2. To reimburse the cost of repairing any intentional or negligent damages to the dwelling unit caused by the Tenant, household members, or guests.
