AUTHORIZATION CLAUSE AND NOTICES. By acceptance of this Policy, all Insureds agree that the Organization shall act on behalf of all Insureds with respect to the giving and receiving of any return premiums that may become due under this Policy. Notice to the Organization shall be directed to the entity or individual named in the Application, or such other person as shall be designated by the Organization In writing, at the address of the Organization, Such notice shall be deemed to be notice to all Insureds. The Organization shall be the agent of alI Insureds to effect changes in the Policy or to purchase an Extended Reporting Period.

AUTHORIZATION CLAUSE AND NOTICES. 1.
