Common use of Authorization/Compliance with Laws Clause in Contracts

Authorization/Compliance with Laws. (i) Contractor has full power and authority to enter into this Agreement, to grant the rights and licenses herein and to perform its obligations under this Agreement, and that Contractor’s representative who signs this Agreement has the authority to bind Contractor to this Agreement; (ii) the execution, delivery and performance of this Agreement have been duly authorized by all requisite corporate action on the part of Contractor; (iii) Contractor shall not and shall cause Subcontractors not to enter into any arrangement with any Third Party which could reasonably be expected to abridge any rights of the Judicial Branch Entities under this Agreement;
