Common use of Authorization/Compliance with Laws Clause in Contracts

Authorization/Compliance with Laws. (i) Contractor has full power and authority to enter into this Agreement and any Participating Addendum, to grant the rights and licenses herein and to perform its obligations under this Agreement, and that Contractor’s representative who signs this Agreement has the authority to bind Contractor to this Agreement and any Participating Addendum;
