AUTHORIZATION FOR TRANSPORT AND TREATMENT. 9.1. Redpoint may require Members and their immediate family to provide Redpoint with written authorization and releases prior to rendering services under this Agreement. Redpoint shall not be obligated to provide services if necessary documents are not executed by the Member or their designated representative. Member understands and agrees that medical care, including emergency care, may be initiated during transport if in Redpoint or Redpoint contractors’ professional judgment, such care is necessary.
