Authorization from Agency Clause Samples

Authorization from Agency. Agency hereby agrees that the Authority will transfer the Housing Allocation Dollars the Authority receives from the Agency to the County, to be deposited into the Salt Lake County Housing Trust Fund and administered by the County in its sole discretion, subject to the terms and conditions of the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between County and Authority, attached hereto as Exhibit A.
