No Officer or Employee Interest. It is understood and agreed that no officer or employee of the COUNTY has or shall have any pecuniary interest, direct or indirect, in this Agreement or the proceeds thereof. No officer, employee or board member of RECIPIENT or any member of their families shall serve on a COUNTY board or committee that authorizes funding or payments to RECIPIENT unless the position held is clearly disclosed to the committee or board and the person does not participate in the deliberation and the funding decision.
No Officer or Employee Interest. It is understood and agreed that no officer or employee of County has or shall have any pecuniary interest, direct or indirect, in this Agreement or the proceeds resulting from the performance of this Agreement. No officer or employee of Contractor or any member of their families shall serve on any County board or committee or hold any such position which either by rule, practice, or action nominates, recommends, or supervises Contractor's operations, or authorizes funding or payments to Contractor.

It is understood and agreed that no officer or employee of Riverton City has or shall have any pecuniary interest, direct or indirect, in this agreement or the proceeds thereof. No officer or employee of the consultant or any member of their families shall serve on any City board or committee or hold any such position which either by rule, practice, or action nominates, recommends, or supervises consultant’s operations, or authorizes funding of payments to the consultant.
No Officer or Employee Interest. No officer or employee of COUNTY shall have any pecuniary interest, direct or indirect, in this agreement or the proceeds thereof. No officer or employee of CONSULTANT nor any member of their families shall serve on a COUNTY board or committee or hold any such position which either by rule, practice, or action nominates, recommends, or supervises CONSULTANT’s operations, or authorizes funding to CONSULTANT. No officer, employee, or member of the governing body of COUNTY, or of the locality or localities in which the project governed by this contract takes place, shall (1) participate in any decision relating to this contract which affects his or her personal interest or the interest of any corporation, partnership, or association in which (s)he is, directly or indirectly, interested, or (2) have any interests, direct or indirect, in this contract or the proceeds thereto.

No officer or employee of Contractor or any member of their families shall serve on the Agency board or committee or hold any such position which either by rule, practice, or action nominates, recommends, or supervises Contractor's operations, or authorizes funding or payments to Contractor.
No Officer or Employee Interest. It is understood and agreed that no officer or employee of the County has or shall have any pecuniary interest, direct or indirect, in this Agreement or the proceeds resulting from the performance of this Agreement. No officer or employee of the Metro Township or any member of their families shall serve on any County board or committee or hold any such position which either by rule, practice or action nominates, recommends or supervises the Metro Township’s operations or authorizes funding or payments to the Metro Township.
No Officer or Employee Interest. It is understood and agreed that no officer or employee of the County has or shall have any pecuniary interest, direct or indirect, in this PFS Contract or the proceeds resulting from the performance of this PFS Contract. No officer or employee of SPV or any member of their families shall serve on any County board or committee or hold any such position which either by rule, practice, or action nominates, recommends, or supervises SPV's operations, or authorizes funding or payments to SPV.
No Officer or Employee Interest. It is understood and agreed that no officer or employee of the Lessor has or shall have any pecuniary interest, direct or indirect, in this Agreement or the proceeds resulting from the performance of this Agreement. Unless otherwise authorized by law, no officer or employee of Lessee or any member of their families shall serve on any County board or committee or hold any such position which either by rule, practice, or action nominates, recommends, or supervises Xxxxxx's operations, or authorizes funding or payments to Lessee.
No Officer or Employee Interest. It is understood and agreed that no officer or employee of the Town has or shall have any pecuniary interest, direct or indirect, in this Agreement or the proceeds resulting from the performance of this Agreement. No officer, manager, employee or member of the Developer, or any member of any such persons’ families shall serve on any Town board or committee or hold any such position which either by rule, practice, or action nominates, recommends, or supervises the Developer’s operations, or authorizes funding or payments to the Developer. This Section 8.10.4 does not apply to elected officials.
