Authorization in Respect of a Replacement Airframe or Replacement Engines. The Owner Participant hereby authorizes and directs the Owner Trustee to, and the Owner Trustee agrees for the benefit of the Owner Participant that it will, in the event of a Replacement Airframe and Replacement Engines, if any, being substituted pursuant to Section 10(a) of the Lease, or a Replacement Engine being substituted pursuant to Section 10(b) of the Lease, subject to due compliance with the terms of Section 10(a) or 10(b) of the Lease, as the case may be:
