Equipment Use. Lessee agrees that the Equipment will be operated by competent, qualified personnel in connection with Lessee's business for the purpose for which the Equipment was designed and in accordance with applicable operating instructions, laws, and government regulations, and that Lessee shall use all reasonable precautions to prevent loss or damage to the Equipment from fire and other hazards. Lessee shall procure and maintain in effect all orders, licenses, certificates, permits, approvals, and consents required by federal, state, or local laws or by any governmental body, agency, or authority in connection with the delivery, installation, use, and operation of the Equipment.
Equipment Use. You will keep the Equipment in good working order, use it for business purposes only and not modify or move it from its initial location without our consent. If we have entered into a separate arrangement with you for maintenance, service, supplies, etc. with respect to the Equipment, payments under this Agreement may include amounts owed under that arrangement, which amounts may be invoiced as one payment for your convenience, and which amounts may be subject to change from time to time based on that arrangement. POSTAGE DEVICES. Postage measurement devices referenced herein which are subject to a separate rental agreement between you and us are not part of the Equipment and your use and the ownership of such devices will be governed exclusively by your rental agreement with us. You will need to reference your rental agreement with us for the term of, and your rights and obligations under, the rental agreement. For your convenience, payments under this Agreement may include the rental amounts you owe us under the rental agreement.
Equipment Use. 1. The use of any type of sports equipment, including, but not limited to, bicycles, skates, skateboards, balls, or Frisbees, is prohibited within the residence hall buildings including porches, hallways, lobbies, stairs, public areas, or in rooms.
Equipment Use. Lessee agrees that Equipment will be operated by competent, qualified personnel, in accordance with applicable operating instructions, laws and government regulations and that Equipment under Option A will be used only for business purposes.
Equipment Use a) Hirer’s equipment use is by negotiation with the Principal and/or Business Manager unless otherwise covered by Application to Hire.
Equipment Use. To utilize Board of Education equipment, with any expendable supplies to be supplied by the Association. Such use shall not interfere with the operation of the school system. Association use of Board of Education equipment shall be prohibited during the school day and use at other times shall require prior approval of the Superintendent.
Equipment Use. 33 The District shall honor reasonable requests by the Association for the use of facilities and equipment, 34 the use of in-District mail service and making bulletin board space available. The Association shall 35 follow proper District procedures in requesting use of resources. 36 37 Section 2.2.2 Access 38 Representatives of the Association shall be permitted to transact Association business on school 39 property and shall follow required check-in/check-out procedures. Such business shall normally be 40 transacted before or after the work day, but under no condition shall be conducted at times which 41 interfere with normal school operation or interrupt other employees during the performance of their 42 assigned duties. 43
Equipment Use. Site and Inspection-Customer shall be responsible for obtaining any license, permit or permission from any governmental or regulatory agency, which may be necessary for or imposed upon the operation of the equipment. The Customer will exercise due care in and will permit only qualified personnel to use and operate the Equipment and such use and operation shall be only according to written instructions provided by OxygenToGo®. Customer will not use or operate the Equipment in any illegal manner or for any illegal purpose nor in violation of any law ordinance or regulation. The Customer will keep OxygenToGo® advised of the changes to the Specified Equipment’s condition. The Customer will permit OxygenToGo® or its Agent to inspect the Equipment during the term of this agreement at any reasonable time.
Equipment Use. The recipient agrees that any equipment purchased pursuant to this agreement shall be used for the performance of services under this agreement during the term of this agreement. The recipient may not use equipment purchased pursuant to this agreement for any other purpose without approval from the MDNR. The equipment shall not be moved from the State of Missouri without approval from the MDNR. State agencies shall follow the Code of State Regulations. The following standards shall govern the utilization and disposition of equipment acquired with financial assistance funds:
Equipment Use. The Association shall be permitted use of the school equipment. The use of equipment shall be confined to the dissemination of ordinary and regular Association business. The Association shall pay for the actual cost of materials, supplies and equipment breakage incident to such use.
