Common use of AUTHORIZATION NOT EXCLUSIVE Clause in Contracts

AUTHORIZATION NOT EXCLUSIVE. 23.1 Nothing herein contained shall be construed as a grant of any exclusive authorization, right or privilege to Licensee. BellSouth shall have the right to grant, renew and extend rights and privileges to others not parties to this Attachment 8, by contract or otherwise, to use any Pole, Anchor, or Conduit System covered by this Attachment 8 and Licensee's rights hereunder.
