License Required. A person shall not issue a residential service contract or undertake or arrange to perform services pursuant to a residential service contract unless the person is a corporation or other form of organization approved by the commissioner by rule and is a licensed service company. 83 Acts, ch 87, §3; 93 Acts, ch 60, §7
License Required. Any promotional products distributed under this Agreement that are imprinted with the name, logos, trademarks, service marks and other symbols of University (collectively, “University Marks”) may only be imprinted pursuant to a license issued by Strategic Marketing Affiliates LLC or any successor identified by University.
License Required. 1. A person shall not issue, offer for sale, or sell a motor vehicle service contract or residential service contract in this state unless the person is licensed as a service company under this chapter.
2. The licensure requirements of this chapter shall not apply to any person who provides support services or works under the direction of a licensed service company in connection with the issuance, offer for sale, or sale of a service contract in this state, including but not limited to a person who provides marketing, administrative, or technical support.
License Required. Prior to making application or using any of these forms, a CLEC MUST HAVE executed an appropriate license agreement with BellSouth. Any party wishing to attach to BellSouth structures, whether CLEC, CATV, or other entity, must first be licensed by BellSouth. The license shall be granted on a form reviewed and approved by the BellSouth legal department. CLEC Companies wishing to execute a structures access agreement should contact the Competitive Structures Provisioning Center at the address specified in these guidelines.
License Required. All Design Services must be performed by individuals lawfully and appropriately licensed to provide the Design Services.
License Required. No person or entity shall operate a Shop Local Program within the Township unless the entity seeking to operate same is licensed pursuant to the terms of this Ordinance.
License Required. No per- son who purchases or obtains motor fuel or alternative fuel outside this state may operate a qualified motor vehicle in this state unless the person holds a valid Wisconsin interstate fuel tax license, a valid license issued under the international fuel tax agreement, a valid temporary fuel tax trip permit or has the requirement waived under a reciprocal agreement, or is entering or leaving Wisconsin to have or after having had special equipment, or a body con- structed or installed, or for repair.
License Required. A person shall not sell or issue payment instruments, engage in the business of receiving money for transmission or transmitting money, engage in the business of exchanging payment instruments or money into any form of money or payment instrument or engage in the business of receiving money for obligors for the purpose of paying that obligor’s bills, invoices or accounts without first obtaining a license as provided in this chapter or becoming an authorized delegate of a licensee with respect to those activities. A licensee is under the jurisdiction of the department. A person who is not licensed under this chapter or who is not an authorized delegate of a licensee with respect to those activities is presumed to be engaged in a business that is regulated by this chapter and that requires a license if he advertises, solicits or holds himself out as being in the business of selling or issuing payment instruments, of receiving money for transmission or transmitting money or of converting one form of money to another form of money.
License Required. No person shall berth a vessel in the Harbor without having secured a License. Only an individual natural person who provides proof of ownership of the vessel on a Statement of Ownership form provided by the Harbormaster shall be eligible for a License. The Statement of Ownership shall name the spouse or registered domestic partner of an individual owner and multiple owners as detailed below. Unless otherwise allowed by the Harbormaster, each individual may only have one (1) License.
License Required. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to engage in the business of collecting garbage, refuse, or rubbish within the Village without having first obtained a license to do so, provided that this section shall not apply to materials from the demolition of buildings or structures demolished pursuant to a permit issued by the Village. All persons, corporations, or other entities issuing a license for garbage and rubbish removal must also pick up recyclable materials and lawn and garden debris. (Ord. 92-03-01, passed 3-12-92) Penalty, see § 117.99 As used in this subchapter: GARBAGE. Any refuse products or materials including but not limited to the following: putrescible animal and vegetable wastes resulting from the handling, preparation, cooking, sale, or consumption of food; animal excretion; glass or metal containers, products, or objects discarded as no longer useable; paper, wood, and cardboard waste; uprooted weeds, grass clippings, leaves, and the like; ashes and cinders; discarded furniture or clothing; and dead animals. The term GARBAGE does not include human excretion in the form of body waste.
