Common use of Authorization of Publication Clause in Contracts

Authorization of Publication. I authorize the use of my name, likeness, photographs, pictures, physical depiction, endorsement rights, and my title(s) by the Miss Type Organization Name Organization and by such persons, firms or corporations as may be approved and selected by the Miss Type Organization Name Organization. I will abide by the provisions of any agreement between the Miss Type Organization Name Organization and such persons, firms or corporations regarding my services for advertising and promotional uses.
