Common use of Authorization of the Administrator Clause in Contracts

Authorization of the Administrator. The Administrator is authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the Issuer, and, after execution, to file with the Commission, all documents and forms required to be filed in accordance with applicable law or the rules and regulations prescribed by the Commission.
