Authorization of the Pledgee to Apply for Registration. At any time after the execution of this Agreement, the application for registration of the Pledge, any amendment thereto or any registration of renewal of the Pledge may also be filed by the Pledgee, who is hereby expressly authorized and empowered thereto by the Pledgor. If a special power of attorney is required to file the application for registration of the Pledge or any amendment thereto by the Pledgee, the Pledgor undertakes to grant such power of attorney without undue delay (in any case, within three Business Days) following the delivery of a request of the Pledgee in that respect to the Pledgor.
