Common use of Authorization to Act on Instructions Clause in Contracts

Authorization to Act on Instructions. Custodian is authorized to accept, act upon and rely upon Instructions that Custodian believes in good faith to have been given by an Authorized Person, or that are transmitted with proper testing or authentication in accordance with procedures specified by Custodian, or that are transmitted electronically through Custodian's POL*ARIS communications system or any similar electronic instruction system acceptable to Custodian.
