Authorization to Build. Lessee is hereby authorized by Lessor to carry out all construction works on the Site, in accordance with the PPA and [country] law. Lessee may renovate the leased structures, demolish the buildings on the Site and reconstruct others in order to carry out its obligations and exercise its rights under the PPA.
