Authorization to Carry on Business. The Warrant Agent represents to the Corporation that as at the date of the execution and delivery of this Indenture, it is duly authorized and qualified to carry on the business of a trust company in the Province of Ontario.

Authorization to Carry on Business. The Warrant Agent represents to the Company that it is registered to carry on business under Applicable Legislation in the provinces of Alberta and British Columbia.
