Common use of Authorization to Charge Account Clause in Contracts

Authorization to Charge Account. If and to the extent payment owed to any Bank is not made when due hereunder or under the Note held by such Bank, the Borrowers hereby authorize such Bank to charge from time to time against any or all of the Borrowers' general deposit accounts with such Bank any amount so due.
