Common use of AUTHORIZATION TO DISBURSE Clause in Contracts

AUTHORIZATION TO DISBURSE. Borrower hereby authorizes and requests Lender to obtain and disburse for and on behalf of Borrower, and for the Borrower’s account, Letters of Credit pursuant to this Loan Agreement to such Person or Persons as Borrower or any Person specified in Section 12.11 of this Loan Agreement shall direct, whether in writing or orally.

AUTHORIZATION TO DISBURSE. Borrower hereby authorizes and requests directs Lender to obtain and disburse for and on behalf of Borrower, and for the Borrower’s account, Letters the proceeds of Credit Loans made by Lender to Borrower pursuant to this Loan Agreement to such Person or Persons as Borrower or any Person specified in Section Paragraph 12.11 of this Loan Agreement shall direct, whether in writing or orally. Lender shall have the right to deposit all proceeds of the Loans in Borrower’s general operating account with Lender or any other account as instructed in writing by a Designated Person of Borrower.

Each Borrower hereby authorizes and requests directs Lender to obtain and disburse for and on behalf of such Borrower, and for the Borrower’s Borrowers' account, Letters the proceeds of Credit Loans made by Lender to Borrowers pursuant to this Loan Agreement to such Person or Persons as any Borrower or any Person specified in Section Paragraph 12.11 of this Loan Agreement shall direct, whether in writing or orally.

Borrower hereby authorizes and requests directs Lender to obtain and disburse for and on behalf of Borrower, and for the Borrower’s account, Letters the proceeds of Credit Loans made by Lender to Borrower pursuant to this Loan Agreement to such Person or Persons as Borrower or any Person specified in Section Paragraph 12.11 of this Loan Agreement shall direct, whether in writing or orally, except that after the initial disbursement hereunder by Lender, any borrowing of $50,000 or more shall require the written approval of Xxxx Xxxx or such other Person as he may designate in writing to Lender.
