Authorization to Issue Units. The Company shall have the right to issue up to ____ Units at the price per Unit as set forth in the Offering Statement. Each Unit shall have the rights and be governed by the provisions set forth in this Agreement. The Units shall not entitle any Member to any preemptive, preferential or similar rights with respect to the issuance of Units.
