The Secured Party is hereby authorized to file one or more financing or continuation statements (including statements of assignment and renewals thereof) or amendments thereto without the signature of, or in the name of, the Debtor. A carbon, photographic or other reproduction of this Security Agreement or of any financing statement filed in connection with this Security Agreement shall be sufficient as a financing statement.
