Common use of Authorized Action Clause in Contracts

Authorized Action. The Secured Party is hereby authorized ----------------- to file one or more financing or continuation statements or amendments thereto without the signature of or in the name of the Pledgor. A carbon, photographic or other reproduction of this Agreement or of any financing statement filed in connection with this Agreement shall be sufficient as a financing statement.

Authorized Action.
