Customers acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Authorized Contract except as otherwise specified in this ACS. a. Contractor acknowledges that Participating State is an agency of the State of Florida and mandated by the State of Florida that every contract must include the list of terms and conditions stated in the General Contract Conditions.
