Common use of Authorized Copying Clause in Contracts

Authorized Copying. The Software may be copied, in whole or in part, in ------------------ printed or machine-readable form, for use by Licensee at the designated site, for archive or emergency restart purposes, to replace a worn copy, or to store at the off-premises location which Licensee uses for security storage purposes; provided, however, that no more than five (5) copies will be in existence under the license at any one time without prior written consent from Licensor. Copies of the Unit Reservation Software shall not be considered a copy of the Software for purposes of this Section 8.3.
