Common use of Authorized Purchaser Representative Clause in Contracts

Authorized Purchaser Representative. PURCHASER shall designate a person who shall be authorized to receive verbal or written instructions from COUNTY concerning contract performance and have the authority to respond to those instructions from COUNTY. This person shall be present on the logging site at all times when active work is taking place. This shall include the road construction process and any other function required of PURCHASER that may be sub-contracted except for property line survey.
