Authorized Purchaser’s Remedies. In the event Contractor is in default under Section 3.18.1, in addition to the remedies afforded elsewhere herein, the Authorized Purchaser, shall be entitled to recover for any and all damages suffered as the result of Contractor's breach of Contract, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental and consequential damages, as provided in ORS 72.7110 to 72.7170.
