Authorized Sales Materials. 3.6 The Dealer Manager and the Dealers shall cause Shares to be offered and sold only in such jurisdictions where the Dealer Manager and the respective Dealer are licensed to do so. In addition, the Dealer Manager shall cause Shares to be offered and sold only in those jurisdictions specified in writing by the Company where the offering and sale of its Shares have been authorized by appropriate regulatory authorities and such list of jurisdictions shall be updated by the Company as additional states are added. No Shares shall be offered or sold for the account of the Company in any other jurisdiction.
