Common use of Authorized Share Capital Clause in Contracts

Authorized Share Capital. Amalco is authorized to issue an unlimited number of Amalco Common Shares and an unlimited number of Amalco Redeemable Preferred Shares. The rights, privileges, restrictions and conditions attaching to each authorized class of shares of Amalco shall be as provided in Schedule A to this Agreement.

Authorized Share Capital. The authorized share capital of Amalco is authorized to issue shall consist of an unlimited number of Amalco Common Shares and an unlimited number of Amalco Redeemable Preferred Shares. The rights, privileges, restrictions and conditions attaching to each authorized class of shares of Amalco shall be as provided described in Schedule A to this Agreementhereto, which forms an integral part hereof.

Amalco is shall be authorized to issue an unlimited number of Amalco Common Shares common shares and an unlimited number of Amalco Redeemable Preferred Sharespreferred shares without par value. The rights, privileges, restrictions and conditions attaching to each authorized class of the shares of Amalco shall be as provided set forth in Schedule A to this Agreement.
