Common use of AUTHORIZED SIGNERS Clause in Contracts

AUTHORIZED SIGNERS. The Department Director or designee is authorized to sign this Grant Agreement and grant-related documents on behalf of the Department. Grantee’s Authorized Signatory or designee is authorized to sign this Grant Agreement and grant-related documents as shown in the Authorized Signatory Form (Attachment 1). Grantee must keep Authorized Signatory Forms up to date. Within seven (7) working days of any change to the authorized signatory or to the delegated authorized signatory, Grantee shall notify the Department in writing of the change. The written notice shall be sent as an electronic mail (email) attachment to be filed with the Grant Agreement.
