Authorized Usage. Remote access to university information resources must serve the university’s mission and associated objectives.
Authorized Usage. Client agrees that access to applications shall be restricted to Davidson County employees and shall use commercially reasonable efforts to protect User IDs and passwords. Client agrees that Consultant employees may access system as required to diagnose and resolve technical issues. Authorized Usage. 6.1 The Client acknowledges that it has been advised by Service Provider that any software, related documentation, or service delivery methods deployed or developed by Service Provider contain valuable trade secrets or proprietary information and products. The Client agrees to use reasonable efforts to preserve the confidential nature of the software by retaining and using the software, solely for its own internal use and not permitting the use of the software or disclosure of information relating to the software to unauthorized persons.
Authorized Usage. 7.1 The Customer acknowledges that it has been advised by FIRE DOG that any software, related documentation, or service delivery methods deployed or developed by FIRE DOG contain valuable trade secrets or proprietary information and products. Client may use the List(s) in a computer merge-purge operation for the sole purpose of eliminating duplicate names, addresses, telephone numbers on delivery lists, and to compare the List(s) with other information for the sole purpose of selecting or suppressing certain parts of the List(s) for delivery.
Authorized Usage. Customer may access and use the Pulsar Lead Engagement Automation solely for its internal business purposes and solely by the number of Authorized Users in accordance with the Order Form, provided that if no number of Authorized Users is stated in the Order Form then the fees will be based on then-current restrictions published by Pulsar. Customer will not permit access to or use of the Pulsar Lead Engagement Automation by anyone other than Authorized Users.
Authorized Usage. Lessee is hereby granted the non-exclusive privilege to construct a hangar for personal or business use for any aviation purpose.
Authorized Usage. Students using technology as an educational resource shall also accept the responsibility for the preservation and care of that technology. Only those students with appropriate and explicit authorization may use any technology. It is the student’s responsibility to obtain written permission from an authorized person before removing any technology resource from the school premises. Each student who takes possession of equipment acknowledges that s/he will be the sole operator, whether on or off District premises. It is the student’s responsibility to incur no charges when accessing electronic resources (e.g., databases, bulletin boards, e-mail, Internet) unless authorized by the supervising teacher or designated individual. Payments for unauthorized charges are the responsibility of the student. Authorized access is to be limited to District accounts and excludes personal accounts.
Authorized Usage. The Channel agrees, with respect to the Intellectual Property, to comply with all written instructions issued by TNS, acting reasonably, relating to the form and manner in which the Intellectual Property shall be used, and to discontinue immediately, upon notice from TNS, any practice relating to the use of the Intellectual Property, which in the opinion of TNS, acting reasonably, would or might adversely affect the rights or interests of TNS.
