Authorized User. You may request us to issue a Card to an individual who has no financial responsibility under this Agreement. An Authorized User has the same access to your Account as you do, subject to any limitations we may impose. An Authorized User has no authority to add or delete Cardholders, request a replacement Card or terminate or modify this Agreement. You may terminate an Authorized User’s authority to access your Account at any time. To do this, you must return the Card to PenFed. You agree that you are responsible for all charges and cash advances made by an Authorized User, including charges made before the Card is returned, recurring charges, or charges made without the use of the Card initiated by the Authorized User after termination of the Authorized User’s access.
Authorized User. Authorized User means an employee, approved independent contractor of Licensee, and those who are ordinarily permitted to access the Licensee's institution's network from within the Site or from such other places where “Authorized Users” work or study and who have been issued by the Licensee or the Licensee's institution a password or other authentication. Users outside a “Site” as defined in 1.1. above are not Authorized Users under this License.
Authorized User. (s) means the individuals You authorize to access the Software, on Your behalf.
Authorized User. You are responsible for: (a.) obtaining permission from each Authorized User before requesting that we add that person as an Authorized User on your Account; (b.) providing each Authorized User with a copy of this Agreement and any other Account material we send; and, (c.) notifying us to remove an Authorized User and retrieving the Card, any access checks and other credit devices from the Authorized User. We have discretion to remove an Authorized User from your Account at any time for any reason as permitted by applicable law. You will remain liable for any transaction(s) the Authorized User makes to your Account.
Authorized User. An individual granted Access or to use Software Entitlement by either FL[DS] or Grantee.
Authorized User. User alone has the right to use the Software and Documentation. User may not allow another person or entity to use the Software or Documentation, except to the extent permitted by Section 4 of this Agreement.
Authorized User. Licensee must obtain separate, dedicated entitlements for each Authorized User given access to an Install of the Program in any manner directly or indirectly (for example: via remote access to a central machine) through any means. One
Authorized User. Subscriber and members of Subscriber’s household, including guests of Subscriber, are the only authorized users of the Service and must comply with the Agreement. Subscriber may not sell, transfer, lease, encumber or assign all or part of the Service. If Subscriber installs a wireless router, no one outside of Subscriber’s household may access the Service through Subscriber’s account. Subscriber is responsible for all traffic coming into or from Subscriber’s account even if it is an unauthorized user. Subscriber shall assure that any use of the Service complies with all applicable laws, regulations and rules. This limitation on authorized users includes, but is not limited to, hosting applications such as the provision of e‐mail, FTP, HTTP, VoIP, and Telnet access. Although resale of such services is prohibited, a business rate plan allows for the hosting of these services for the business’s own purpose (e.g., employee email, basic business website for marketing).
Authorized User. Any person or entity (collectively, “authorized users”) who has purchased the appropriate number of licenses, and agrees to be bound by the terms expressed in this agreement, and the additional terms in Section 5 (Additional Terms and Conditions for Use) and Section 6 (Special Terms for Consultant Subscriptions).
Authorized User. The term “Authorized User” shall mean an employee of or other person under the control of a Data Member, who is authorized by a Data Member to access and use the [org abreviation] Database in accordance with the terms and conditions of such written agreements that may exist between a Data Member and the [org abreviation] relating to the Data Member’s access and use of the [org abreviation] Database.
