Authorized Uses. The Participating Institutions and the Authorized Users may make all use of the Licensed Materials as is consistent with the applicable law and with this Agreement, including but not limited to the following licensing conditions ("Authorized Uses"). Absence from duty because of illness, injury, medical or dental appointment, exposure to contagious disease, or disability due to pregnancy shall constitute proper uses of sick leave.
