AUTHORIZED USE OF FUNDS. The Contractor shall use or expend the funds provided by this Agreement only for the purposes for which they were appropriated. Further, the funds provided by the City shall be used by the Contractor only for the purpose and activities specified in the Agreement, including associated attachments and exhibits which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as if fully set forth herein.
