Use of Funding. 4.1 Unless otherwise provided in this Schedule B, the HSP shall use all Funding allocated for a particular Envelope only for the use or uses set out in the Applicable Policy.
Use of Funding. Organization must use the funding solely for the stated purposes; only use the funding within the funding period; and not enter into any arrangements or commitments that are incompatible or inconsistent with the purpose of the funding.

4.2 The HSP shall not transfer any portion of the Estimated Provincial Subsidy in the “Raw Food” Envelope to any other Envelope:
4.3 The HSP may transfer all or any of the part of the Estimated Provincial Subsidy for the Other Accommodation Envelope to any other Envelope without the prior written approval of the LHIN, provided that the HSP has complied with the standards and criteria for the “Other Accommodation” Envelope as set out in Applicable Policy.
4.4 The HSP may transfer any part of the Estimated Provincial Subsidy in the (a) Nursing and Personal Care” Envelope; or (b) the “Program and Support Services Envelope; to any Envelope other than the Other Accommodation Envelope without the prior written approval of the LHIN provided that the transfer is done in accordance with Applicable Policy.
4.5 In the event that a financial reduction is determined by the LHIN, the financial reduction will be applied against the portion of the Estimated Provincial Subsidy in the “Other Accommodation” Envelope.

Use of Funding. The Organisation agrees to use the Funding only for the Services and in accordance with this Agreement or as agreed by the Department in writing.
Use of Funding. Funds allotted for driver education supplies for high school may be utilized for the purchase of approved driver education films provided there is no greater need.
Use of Funding. The Recipient will use the Funds and any Leverage Funding for the carrying out of the Project in accordance with this Agreement and any approved budget, and expend such funds by the Project Completion Date. All such expenditure must be effected in a commercially prudent, sensible and reasonable manner. Furthermore, the Recipient shall properly comply with and deliver all Milestones in accordance with Schedule 4.
Use of Funding. 4.1 THE NMSS shall use the Funding to deliver the Activities and shall allocate sufficient resources, up to the limit of the combined resources contributed by THE EFA and the relevant local authority in respect of each individual pupil and student to the Activities to enable it to comply with all obligations set out in this Funding Agreement. THE NMSS agrees and accepts that payments can only be made to the extent that THE EFA has available funds.
4.2 THE NMSS shall not use the Funding for any purpose which would cause THE NMSS to be in breach of this Funding Agreement and it will ensure that all NMSS Related Parties do the same.
4.3 THE NMSS agrees to comply with the conditions of this Funding Agreement together with:
a. The Non-Maintained Special School (England) Regulations 2011 (soon to be replaced by 2015 regulations) (the regulations).

Use of Funding. 5.2.1 The Funding will be the sole property of the Local Authority and will be used by the Local Authority for Project Costs only in line with the Milestones and the Project Costs profile detailed in Schedule 2.
5.2.2 Without affecting the obligations of the Local Authority in any way, Homes England is not bound to monitor or verify the application of any amount provided pursuant to this Agreement.
Use of Funding. CMHC Funding and Cost-Matched Funding under this Agreement must be used only for (i) Housing in accordance with the Initiatives and in alignment with the agreed-to Action Plans, and in compliance with this Agreement and (ii) Administration Costs up to a maximum of 10% agreed to by CMHC in the Action Plan and further defined in the Claims form, all as set out in Schedule C.
