Common use of Authorized User Provision of Information to MSP Clause in Contracts

Authorized User Provision of Information to MSP. An Authorized User agrees it shall provide information to the MSP in accordance with the provisions of this Contract and as requested by the MSP. Such information shall include, but not be limited to, task orders, preliminary technical evaluation forms, post interview forms, validation of invoices, completion of task order satisfaction forms and submission of information for the Contractor Performance Evaluation process.
