Submission of Information. 1. The market participant shall submit the following information with its completed and signed Participation Agreement:
(a) name and registered address of the market participant including general email, facsimile and telephone number of the market participant for notifications in accordance with Article 62.
(b) if the market participant is a legal person, an extract of the registration of the market participant in the commercial register of the competent authority;
(c) contact details and names of persons authorized to represent the market participant and their function;
(d) EU VAT registration number where applicable;
(e) Taxes and levies to be considered for invoices and collateral calculations;
(f) Energy Identification Code (EIC);
(g) bank account information for payment to the applicant to be used by the Allocation Platform for the purposes of Article 53 paragraphs 7 and 8.
(h) financial contact person for collaterals, invoicing and payment issues, and their contact details (email, facsimile and telephone number) for notifications where required in these Allocation Rules in accordance with Article 62;
(i) commercial contact person and their contact details (email, facsimile and telephone number) for notifications where required in these Allocation Rules in accordance with Article 62; and
(j) operational contact person and their contact details (email, facsimile and telephone number) for notifications where required in these Allocation Rules in accordance with Article 62.
2. A Registered Participant shall ensure that all data and other information that it provides to the Allocation Platform pursuant to these Allocation Rules (including information in its Participation Agreement) is and remains accurate and complete in all material respects and must promptly notify the Allocation Platform of any change.
3. A Registered Participant shall notify the Allocation Platform if there is any change to the information, submitted in accordance with paragraph 1 of this Article, at least seven (7) Working Days before the change comes into effect and, where that is not possible, without delay after the Registered Participant becomes aware of the change.
4. The Allocation Platform will confirm the registration of the change or send a refusal note of registration of the change to the Registered Participant, at the latest, five (5) Working Days after the receipt of the relevant notification of change. Submission of Information. The Customer shall submit to the Bank, within the terms set forth below and/or during the reasonable term established by the Bank’s written request, in a form acceptable for the Bank, document and/or information which:
4.4.1. Reflects overall assets/property, financial standing (including balance and profit and loss statement), business operations of the Customer, statements from the bank accounts (including from the accounts with other banking and financial institutions) and reporting (including tax reporting), including:
4.4.1.1. Before the last day of a month following each calendar quarter - information on overall assets/property, profit and loss statement and balance as of the last day of a calendar quarter;
4.4.1.2. Before the last day of the 4th month of each following calendar year – financial documentation of the previous calendar year (balance and profit and loss statement) as of the last day of the calendar year which, if requested by the Bank, shall be submitted in the form certified by an independent auditor, if any;
4.4.1.3. Immediately – information regarding possible, potential and/or existing administrative, court (including arbitration court) and/or other similar disputes or litigations which may significantly affect fulfillment by the Customer of obligations assumed under the Agreement which, without limitations, includes disputes or litigations regarding the Customer’s assets/property, collaterals, the Customer’s solvency/bankruptcy;
4.4.2. Is necessary for the Bank to fulfill the requirements of the Legislation;
4.4.3. Is reasonably requested by the Bank for monitoring fulfillment by the Customer of obligations assumed under the

If Tenant requests Landlord's consent to a specific assignment or subletting, Tenant will submit in writing to Landlord: (i) the name and address of the proposed assignee or subtenant; (ii) a counterpart of the proposed agreement of assignment or sublease; (iii) reasonably satisfactory information as to the nature and character of the business of the proposed assignee or subtenant, and as to the nature of its proposed use of the space; (iv) banking, financial or other credit information reasonably sufficient to enable Landlord to determine the financial responsibility and character of the proposed assignee or subtenant; (v) executed estoppel certificates from Tenant; and (vi) any other information reasonably requested by Landlord.

At the request of a Party, or upon its own initiative, the arbitration panel may obtain information from any source, including the Parties involved in the dispute, it deems appropriate for the arbitration panel proceedings. The arbitration panel also has the right to seek the relevant opinion of experts as it deems appropriate. The arbitration panel shall consult the Parties before choosing such experts. Any information obtained in this manner must be disclosed to the Parties and submitted for their comments.
2. Interested natural or legal persons of the Parties are authorised to submit amicus curiae briefs to the arbitration panel in accordance with Annex 9 (Rules of Procedure for Arbitration).

(d) contact details and names of persons authorized to represent the market participant and their function;
(e) EU VAT registration number or similar tax identification information where EU VAT is not applicable;
(f) Taxes and levies to be considered for invoices and collateral calculations;
(g) A unique Energy Identification Code (EIC) which has been registered in the Centralised European Register of Energy Market Participants (CEREMP). The uniqueness shall be verified in CEREMP;
(h) bank account information evidenced by a bank account identification document for all payments to the applicant to be used by the Allocation Platform. The applicant shall provide the bank account information of a credit institution based in the European Union, United Kingdom, European Economic Area or a country in which the Single Allocation Platform performs cross border auction services. The applicant is obliged to select a financial institution which is subject to customer due diligence standards that are not less than those laid down in Directive (EU) 2015/849 as amended and which complies to them accordingly;
